Vrksasana Yoga is a nature-inspired yoga studio rooted in the pines of Heber-Overgaard, Arizona, offering welcoming classes for all experience levels. Our studio blends movement, mindfulness, community, and connection to nature through a variety of offerings including Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, workshops, and outdoor experiences.
At Vrksasana, we believe yoga is not about perfection — it’s about creating space to breathe, reconnect, grow, and feel supported exactly as you are. Whether you’re planting roots locally or simply passing through, our goal is to create a calm, grounded environment where students can move intentionally, build strength and balance, support their nervous systems, and find meaningful connection within themselves and the community around them.
With daily classes, experienced teachers, community-centered offerings, and a peaceful mountain atmosphere, Vrksasana Yoga is a place for you to root, rise, and reach.

Book your class through the Vagaro app or drop-in and we’ll see you soon. Drop-ins, please try to arrive 10 min before class to sign a waiver and check-out.

Come in 5 minutes early to settle onto your mat, take a breath, and ease into the space. Please silence your phone so everyone can enjoy a peaceful experience.
